Pond Service Options

Let S.A.S. do everything for you so you can enjoy your pond. Our Service Technicians are trained in house so that they can quickly

assess, test and correct any issues you have with your pond. We do not hire subcontractors or day laborers to work for us.

We are one of the few companies who service not only ponds we built, but ponds we did not build.

That is because we strive to be the best at what we do.

Our staff must pass rigorous routine drug screening and background checks to remain employed by SAS.

Typical Spring & Fall pond cleaning consists of:

1. REMOVAL OR INSTALLATION OF PREDATOR DETERRENT / LEAF NETTING AND SUPPORTS

2. POND WATER AND TAP(HOSE) WATER TESTING, EVALUATION OF POND CONDITION WITH CARETAKER

3. PARTIAL OR FULL PUMP DOWN OF POND WATER, WATER IS RECYCLED

4. STORAGE OF FISH, AQUATIC LIFE AND PLANTS IN OUR LARGE TUBS, MEDICATING FISH FOR STRESS OR DISEASE

5. INSTALLATION, REMOVAL, RE-POTTING AND PRUNING OF PLANTS AS REQUIRED

6. CLEANING LEAVES, DEBRIS AND OTHER ORGANIC MATTER FROM POND

7. INSPECTION AND REPAIRS OF LINER, STRUCTURAL AND MECHANICAL COMPONENTS AS REQUIRED

8. START-UP OR SHUT-DOWN OF EXISTING PUMPS AND FILTERS

9. INSTALLATION OR REMOVAL OF WINTERIZING EQUIPMENT

10. REPLACEMENT OF FILTER MEDIA, REPLACEMENT OF UV COMPONENTS

11. INSTALLATION OF FRESH WATER, WATER CONDITIONERS ADDED AS REQUIRED TO STABILIZE POND 

ENVIRONMENT

12. INSTALLATION OF EXISTING (OR NEW) FISH AND AQUATIC LIFE

13. COMPLETION OF SERVICE REPORT AND POND INVENTORY FOR OUR FILES

14. CUSTOMERS QUESTION ANSWERED, FUTURE POND MAINTENANCE OR RENOVATIONS MAY BE DISCUSSES AND

 ESTIMATES

NOTE: Customers are invoiced for hours labor rate and any additional items that are installed or left for pond owner use. Installation of anything requiring additional fees above the labor and delivery fees, must be approved by the client prior to the technicians installation. It is imparitive that clients are either home or provide a phone number they can be reached at. All invoices are payable upon receipt, before technician leaves the property. PA sales tax will be charged for all services provided within the state of Pennsylvania.

 

 

Weekly, bi-weekly or monthly service contracts

Is a prescheduled service call consisting of the same items completed in spring or fall, but

 in a limited scope so as to maintain the health and esthetic qualities of your pond or water

 feature. Contracted services are billed at a reduced rate.
